- Begin employer discovery meetings to activate consortium demand

- 5 fellows placed into single-department, host-embedded roles at 5 consortium members
- Fellows receive paid stipends ($18/hr, ~693 hrs)
- Parallel skill development through webinars, mentorship, and competency coaching
- 3 equity consulting engagements generate early earned revenue
- 1 institutional partnership; 5 consortium memberships at $2,500/yr
- End-of-cohort celebration marks transition to alumni pipeline

Phase 3: Growth & Sustainability
- Year 2: 15 fellows placed; first placement fees as 3 Year 1 fellows convert (30% rate); AMC Seal launches at 10 orgs
- Year 3: 30 fellows placed; 8 Year 2 fellows convert (50% rate); AMC Seal expands to 20 orgs
- Program Coordinator moves to full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Earned income reaches $262,500 by Year 3, or 41% of total revenue
